For a monthly fee it is possible to link your partner and share your food planning instantly.
Do you want to set up rules like 'Monday is chicken day' or 'you have to eat at least 1 vegetarian meal a week', no problem. This app allows you to set up an unlimited number of meal rules.
You don't always have to open the app to check your meal plan. You can set up notifications for the meals or menu of the day and the menu of the next day.
This weekly food planner is a handy tool for both small and large families to manage their weekly menu calendar and meal plan, if you're on a diet (e.g. keto, whole30, forkes over knives, mediterranean diet ...) or not. You can even use it as a diabetic meal planner.
The meal-planner
★ Swipe to go to next or previous week
★ Click on a meal to enter the details. Everything is optional
★ Long press on a meal to move it to a different day or swap it with another meal
★ Define categories for meals. These can be used in the meal rules
★ Search the internet for recipes and save them
★ Pick an ingredient from a preloaded list or freely enter one with calories and GI (glycemic index)
★ If you don't want to see the breakfasts, lunches or dinners, you can hide one or more of them in the settings
★ All meals are kept in memory so you don't always have to enter the full name but simply pick it from a list
★ Share your meal planning with friends or family
★ There is also an extra list of meals that are not yet planned

★ Manage your shopping with the built-in shopping list (top right icon)
★ Scan ingredients based on bar code
★ Optionally enter or filter on the store
★ If you remove an item from the list with one click it's still visible as long as the list is open
★ If you click twice on the remove button the shopping item is immediately removed
★ Share the shopping list

★ Next to the shopping list you can also manage your ingredients at home
★ Scan ingredients based on bar code
★ Can be found in the tab next to the shopping list
★ Define your ingredients + quantities
★ Quantities are editable by clicking on it
Meal rules
★ Set up default rules, e.g. Friday dinner is always chicken
★ Set up min/max rules, e.g. eat at least one time vegetarian a week
★ The rules can be defined both on specific meals or the meal categories

My story:
I have been doing meal planning for some time now and now I would like to share it with the world and hopefully help many families in their food planning.
Who should use this app
It doesn't matter if try to lose weight or if you follow the keto, paleo, whole30, forkes over knives, fodmap, herbalife, atkins or vegan diet. You can use this app as family meal planner or diabetic meal planner. Or for your mediterranean diet & meal plan. This app is very flexible and should be able to fulfill your needs.
